Language exchange and a network of private language teachers – the Mentor Program.
Language exchange
Lingofriends members are serious about language exchange. And Lingofriends puts you in control of your
language learning process, meeting someone and forming a relationship is as easy as clicking on any one
of the profiles available online. Whether you're interested in learning English, German, Spanish, Mandarin,
French, Arabic. Lingofriends can help you find the match that fits you best. Language exchange is
totally free of charge.
The Mentor Program
Lingofriends Mentor Program can be described as a language lesson brokerage service. The program consists
of a network of mentors that have a burning interest of teaching a language. Anyone gets a chance to become
a mentor, independent of nationality, profession and background. Lingofriends mediates the language lessons
that most often are held online through IM’s, such as MSN Messenger and Skype. It's up to each mentor how to
attract members and perform the lessons. Each mentor’s language lessons come with a fee, depending on number of lessons. Lingofriends asks the members to evaluate the mentor's performance after each completed language lesson.
The rating system is visualized by traditional stars.
